For the last two weeks, the NFL has been embedded in the world of pop culture like it never has been before, with star musical artist Taylor Swift attending each of the last two Kansas City Chiefs games to watch All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce.
Kelce and Swift are rumored to be possibly dating, and the league has been sharing a ton of content featuring the popular musician during the last two weeks.
Some believe the NFL has been overdoing it a bit with their coverage of the possible romance between Kelce and Swift, including the tight end himself, but ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith recently shared who he believes Kelce can blame for all of this extra attention.
“Travis Kelce, stop. Bro, you did this. Not the NFL… The instigator in all of this was you, my brother.”

This weekend, Kelce and the Chiefs are traveling up north to take on the Minnesota Vikings inside U.S. Bank Stadium.
Nothing has been confirmed yet about Swift being in attendance for Kansas City’s game again this week, but if she’s there, we shouldn’t expect there to be any less attention on her than there has been in the last two weeks.
Luckily, Swift being in attendance for the Chiefs’ last two games has been more of a good luck charm for the team than a hindrance.
Kansas City has won both of their matchups with her in the stands, and even if she doesn’t show up to Minnesota this weekend, the Chiefs are still expected to come away with a convincing victory over a Vikings team that is currently sitting with a 1-3 record.
