The Australian champion, who currently holds the top rank in his home country, cruised to a straight-set win with a score of 6-4, 6-4 in Round 2. This victory sets the stage for an exciting third-round showdown with rising tennis sensation, Joao Fonseca.
As the match unfolded, de Minaur displayed an exceptional command over his game. He effortlessly held ten matches while only dropping eight points, leaving Bu with no opportunity to counter.
