The Tennessee Titans have not had a season anyone in their organization saw coming.
Some thought the Titans could at least contend for the AFC South title if healthy.
But, once starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill went down, things went sideways in Tennessee.
Rookie quarterback Will Levis has since been named the starter but has had plenty of growing pains.
Sitting with a record of 4-8, the Titans should start looking toward the NFL Draft.
But, to finish out the season with pride, the Titans made an interesting decision on their coaching staff.
According to Jim Wyatt, Titans head coach Mike Vrabel announced that special teams coordinator Craig Aukerman has been relieved of his duties.

It is never fun to see someone lose their job, but after Sunday’s game, you can understand why.
The Titans had two punts blocked in the game.
One resulted in an injury to their punter who was forced to miss the rest of the game.
Some teams can go a whole season without getting a punt blocked, yet the Titans allowed two in one game.
While the coordinator cannot be the only one who takes the blame, he is the leader of that unit.
Those blocked punts were a significant reason why the Titans lost the game.
Tennessee ended up losing by three points in overtime.
If those back-to-back punts were not blocked they very well could have won in regulation.
It is always tough on a team when one of their coaches gets fired.
But, after a disastrous performance, this seemed warranted.
