Although it was a valiant fight, the Tennessee Titans fell to the Indianapolis Colts in their Week 13 matchup.
The Titans’ 28 points in this loss tied their highest team total since their 28-23 win over the Atlanta Falcons on October 29th.
While this might have encouraged fans that more positive performances are in their future, Adam Schefter’s recent announcement might quell any optimism.
Schefter broke the bad news about Derrick Henry, who is now in the concussion protocol.
Titans’ RB Derrick Henry, who left Sunday’s game in the fourth quarter to be checked for a concussion, is in concussion protocol, leaving his status for Monday night’s game at Miami in question.

Henry was responsible for most of the Titans’ offense, totaling 102 yards on the ground and scoring two touchdowns.
If he cannot play against the Miami Dolphins next week, the Titans’ offense could struggle more than they have in past weeks.
Henry’s rushing prowess has helped Will Levis’ passing abilities, making things easier for the rookie quarterback.
Without him, Levis could struggle to get anything going through the air unless Henry’s backups can replace his elite production.
While being in the concussion protocol is not a positive sign for Henry, he still has a week to get better, hoping to get right for their matchup with the Dolphins.
The Dolphins present a difficult test for any team, no matter how well an opposing defense has performed throughout the year.
They routinely score 30+ points per game, something the Titans struggle to do even when Henry is on the field.
Titans fans will closely monitor the injury report leading up to this game, hoping Henry can overcome the odds and suit up on Monday night, greatly improving their odds to win.
