One of the most pivotal players on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will reportedly be in attendance at mandatory minicamp.
According to insider Rick Stroud, All-Pro left tackle Tristan Wirfs is reporting to minicamp after not being in the building for OTAs.
He was not in the building for OTAs because he was in the midst of some contract talks with the team.

One of the many reasons why Baker Mayfield and the Buccaneers were successful on offense last season was because of the consistent play of Wirfs.
The three-time Pro Bowl protector started all 17 games last season and was a huge help for Mayfield.
The fact that he is in the building amid contract talks is a great sign.
It proves that he cares about what is happening in Tampa and wants to be a part of it.
After the retirement of Tom Brady after the 2022 season, everyone thought the Bucs were going to go back to their old ways of losing.
Instead they won the NFC South in 2023, along with a playoff game.
In fact, they beat the NFC’s representative in the Super Bowl from 2022 in the Philadelphia Eagles.
Mayfield set career-highs in passing yards, touchdown passes, completions, and completion percentage.
Legendary receiver Mike Evans had yet another 1,000-yard season and just re-signed with the team earlier this offseason.
None of the offensive success happens in 2023 without the protection of Wirfs, who is coming off of three consecutive Pro Bowl appearances.
Bucs fans should be thrilled to see their best offensive lineman back in the building.
