The upcoming edition of the NFL Draft is quite stacked at the quarterback position.
Everybody’s raving about Caleb Williams, Drake Maye, Jayden Daniels, and now J.J. McCarthy.
Others believe Michael Penix Jr. and Bo Nix could also have long and successful careers in the league.
Notably, Broncos insider Benjamin Allbright believes that FSU’s Jordan Travis is also good and people are sleeping on him right now.
Some of #MyGuys this draft

WR: Rome Wilson
WR: Tahj Washington
TE: Ben Sinnott
OL: Frank Crum,
IOL: Drake Nugent
EDGE: Laiatu Latu, Mo Kamara

Travis doesn’t boast the most impressive arm in terms of ball control or velocity, and accuracy — or lack thereof — has always been a concern with him.
He’s not great in the pocket, and hasn’t connected on many intermediate-level throws, often rushing things or watching the pocket collapse in front of him before making a decision.
Nonetheless, he’s a solid scrambler with impressive athleticism who can operate in the tiniest gaps and spaces.
He excels when he slips out of the pocket, and he can make some plays with his feet because of his acceleration and quick burst.
Travis looks more like a backup quarterback at this point in his development, and the tweaks he needs to make to be a more consistent player might never happen.
Then again, there’s never too much depth at quarterback in this league, and he should still get an opportunity to showcase his skills and make a roster, albeit in the later rounds of the draft.
Who knows?
Brock Purdy went from being Mr. Irrelevant to becoming a starter for a Super Bowl team, so anything can happen in this league.
